Are Nigerian Women The Most Bleached In Africa? (Find out HERE)

Well according to mediatakeout.com the answer is YES and they didn’t just get to conclude that on their own, but the World Health Organisation (WHO) carried out the survey. They also spoke about bleaching business booming in other parts of the world. The report;
The skin bleaching trend is getting out of control - especially in Africa. According to a new WHO report, Nigeria has the highest number of women bleaching their skin in Africa. Nigeria polled a whopping 77 percent compared to Togo’s 59 percent.

Even outside the country, in far places like Dubai, business is booming for people who sell, among other cosmetics, skin lighting products. In our part of the world, one in every 10 dark skinned persons is now a patron of bleaching products, whether consciously or not. Most of us have come across at least one lady who attempts to whiten her skin. They are easily identifiable by the uneven patches of darker skin fading away and the dark color still retained by the joints, the elbows and knuckles. Those who who successfully bleach look almost ghostly, because even with the new skin tone on top, there is an underlying layer of dark skin that makes them look slightly off-color.

Usually the preferred method is to use lightening lotions and soaps. Some may use stringent facial cleansers, body scrubs, and even anti-fungal creams in order to bring out their inner beauty. There are even rumors of a particular drug designed to help flush out impurities and lighten the skin.
In the united States, women prefer to surgically lighten their skin with high doses of medical grade Vitamin B-12.

NAWA!!! Women protest Facebook's nudity rules with naked photos

Thirty women, covered only with tape, posed naked in a campaign against Facebook’s nudity rules. This idea was born out of rage after Trina Cary, a photographer specialising in nude self-portraits, was banned from Facebook for posting pictures that violated the social media’s nudity policy.

Trina Cary who believes that she is meant to be ‘baring it all to the world’ said the ban troubled her and prevented her from contacting clients for a photoshoot. Tired of seeing violent images and videos of naked men allowed to circulate on Facebook while hers were banned, the photographer decided to stage a protest. She put up a post on Facebook inviting women to join her for a nude photoshoot and to her surprise a number of women showed up.
The women had different reasons for being there, the most common being the need to face their insecurities about their body and build confidence.
“We as women are so frequently told our bodies are dirty, or need to be hidden, or that there is something wrong if we don’t meet certain standards. This is about owning and loving ourselves and about not being complacent when people want to censor us explained that the reason for the photoshoot was to defy facebook and all those who report her photos. One of the women told Metro UK.
Trina explained that the reason for the photoshoot was to defy facebook and all those who report her photos
"These are the images people should see, these are the images your children should look at. Don’t you want your daughter to see a photo of you standing strong and confident, embracing your flaws and laughing with a bunch of women?

7 Reasons Why People Who Love Watching TV Dramas Are Wonderful PERSONS

Did your mother ever nag you about watching too much TV? True, it’s not great exercise, but research suggest people who watch TV dramas are actually doing themselves (and their friends) a favor. So the next time you get teased for being a television junkie, use these talking points to silence the critics.
Here are 8 reasons to love people who watch TV dramas.

1. They have more empathy, according to research.

A research study found that people who watched dramas scored higher on a test measuring empathy and social intelligence than people who watched documentaries.
“…participants were randomly assigned to watch either an award-winning TV drama” (Mad Men, West Wing, The Good Wife, or Lost) “or a TV documentary” (Shark Week, How the Universe Works, NOVA Colosseum, Through the Wormhole).”
The results showed that “participants who viewed a TV drama performed significantly higher on the Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test, which essentially measures social intelligence. These results were published in the journal Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity, and the Arts.

2. They always have something new to talk about. And it usually starts with “Oh my gosh!”

It’s funny how one forty-five minute episode can spawn half a dozen conversations. “Did you see…?” “Can you believe…?” “Do you think…?” And I love how many times these conversations take a meaningful turn and lead to a discussion that might have never happened otherwise.

3. They can communicate effectively with TV-based analogies.

I can barely talk (or write) without using analogies. It’s like Lorelai Gilmore trying to have a conversation with her mother without smarting off. Or The Walking Dead trying to finish an episode without someone getting torn to shreds (after Season 2 anyway). Or Lost trying to wrap up the series without confusing the audience half to death. I know the Lost joke is late to the party, but hey, I wasn’t blogging when that show came out.

4. They’re open to new ideas and perspectives.

Dramas are great at challenging viewers’ thinking by exposing them to new ideas and humanizing people who hold unpopular perspectives. TV shows are a safe way to expose yourself to dangerous circumstances and insert yourself into another person’s shoes. You find yourself asking, “What would I do in this situation?” “How would I react?” And you just might find yourself connecting with a character you would have avoided before.

 5. They love stories.

I’m a compulsive storyteller, and I love being around people who appreciate the habit. TV dramas offer some of the best storytelling there is because their numerous episodes give the writers the opportunity to develop robust characters the audience grows to love.

6. They’ll join you for fun watch parties.

Watch parties rule, especially when twists and turns keep everyone gasping. A good drama gives you loads of opportunities to have friends over and to blend the real world with a fun bit of fiction.

7. They’ll team up with you for amazing Halloween costumes.

Man and woman in costumes.
This Halloween, my wife and I were Burt Macklin and Janet Snakehole from Parks and Recreation. It was so fun because, everywhere we went, people who watched the show would freak out. And maybe that’s the best thing about great TV shows – they bring people together.
If you’re looking to add a new show to your watch list, here’s a ranking from IMDB of the “Highest Rated TV Series With At Least 5,000 Votes.” Browse through and see if there’s a drama that strikes your fancy.

Can you drop your nude for Collateral ??.. These women Did it

Hundreds of photos and videos of naked women used as collateral for loans on a Chinese online lending service have leaked onto the web.
A 10-gigabyte file posted on the internet exposed the personal details of more than 160 young women who were asked to provide the explicit material to secure money through online lending platform Jiedaibao.
Launched by JD Capital in 2015, Jiedaibao allows lenders to operate anonymously but requires borrowers to reveal their real names when making transactions. Loan amounts and interest rates can be customised to meet the needs of users — often people who have a hard time accessing loans through more traditional financial institutions, like banks.
Interest on the “nude loans” reached an astonishing 30 per cent a week, according to the Global Times newspaper. Lenders told female borrowers that if they failed to repay the loans, their nude photos would be sent to their families and friends, whose information was also required for some transactions, the article said.

Material in the file put on the web last Wednesday showed some borrowers also promised to repay loans with sexual favours, according to screen captures posted on social media websites.
In a statement on its official Twitter-like Weibo account, Jiedaibao said it had tracked down the accounts of several borrowers through photos and ID information circulated online and had frozen the suspected lenders’ accounts.
“The ‘nude loans’ deals were mainly initiated and completed offline, and Jiedaibao only played the role of a money transfer platform in the deals,” the statement said.
